Personally, I don't know. Since the SPEED II product is still supported, and in something like version 6 or 7, I doubt that its owners have much reason to offer such services. As for third parties, I just haven't heard.

I suggest you contact some of the vendors in my Vendors page who offer program conversion services, and check Access to Wang magazine.
