I'm very glad to hear of your interest. There is no prepared material yet, as I am in the middle of intensive development. A single-TCP-connection demo is up and running on my own VS and is available for viewing on the public Internet at irregular times. If you don't mind deleting a few schedule announcement messages per day from your emailbox, you may subscribe to the schedule list by sending me email with the Subject set to "subscribe websched".

I exhibited the demo VS web server and gave a talk on the subject at InterACTION 97 in Boston the week before last and there was a high level of interest among VS customers present. It is my hope to have a production web server in test, hopefully released, in 1Q98. Wang is being very cooperative in this effort.

Access to PACE databases is part of the game plan, and a web server can also be used on any system as a general purpose data server by providing appropriate CGI programs for the server side and a simple HTTP client interface at the client side in something like Visual Basic or C++.
